- Evaluation and recommendation to be provided by medical related personnel with medical knowledge and experience

- After receiving the patient's medical report, will provide informal medical evaluation and advice (only provided to the patient for reference)*

- Provide information of potentially suitable medical specialist doctor for patients to choose from

- Assist patients to make appointments with medical specialist doctor
